Charts—LinkSource
Manager always keeps the information you need, from patient
history to lab work results, at the point of care!
The chart header summarizes patient's demographics,
and has links to information about allergies, medications
and diagnosis. You can even display a picture of the patient. Tap the digital pen on the LinkSource medical tablet PC's screen
to access documentation from previous visits, prescription
history, consults, phone conversations and lab work results.
You can scroll, zoom and print any document.
Encounter
Forms—Forms can be customized to fit your work flow, practice and specialty.
In fact, they can be designed to look exactly like your
existing forms. Multiple choice and check boxes can also
be utilized. To save time and prevent
errors, sections of the encounter forms are instantly
populated with the patient's existing profile and clinical
information.
LinkSource Manager helps you document encounters by converting
your handwriting into block text. Simply use the digital
pen to "write" on the LinkSource medical tablet PC—your digital
pen strokes are converted into block letters and numbers.
Go ahead and add freeform notes or drawings just as if
you were using pen and paper. LinkSource Manager will
save your work, convert it to a PDF file and store it
in the patient's record, providing you with an exact record
of the encounter.
Electronic
Prescribing (E-Script™)—Tap a button with the digital pen,
a prescription form appears on the screen. Write the prescription
and tap again, LinkSource Manager translates your handwriting
into text, then displays relevant drug information, including
valid prescribing choices. At the point of care, you can access important drug information: contraindicators, pill pictures, potential drug interactions and more. Amazing! You always have
a comprehensive, up-to-date drug database at your fingertips.
It's easy to authorize a prescription: Handwrite your
signature on the screen or use the biometric fingerprint scanner.
The prescription can be e-faxed to a local pharmacy or
transmitted to a printer for a hard copy.
LinkSource Manager automatically adds the prescription
to the patient's chart and keeps a copy of the signed
form.
Financial Reports—LinkSource
Manager provides timely, valuable and measurable data
reports which help you understand and manage your practice.
The ability to obtain helpful reports which support
the financial and clinical goals of your practice is

Laboratory
Requisitions—LinkSource Manager allows you
to order lab tests and receive results electronically.
Simply indicate your test selections with the digital
pen. Next, indicate your
preferred laboratory and provide collection information.
Then, send the requisition electronically to the laboratory
or to the printer for a hard copy.
LinkSource Manager helps with record keeping by adding
the laboratory requisition to the patient's chart and
keeping a filed copy. Hard copies of test results can
be digitally scanned and also added to the patient's
chart.
Patient Education—Studies
indicate that patients make better choices and feel better
about their choices when they have received a clear understanding
of a medical issue. Unfortunately, patient education is
an undervalued and underserved area of the typical practice.
LinkSource Manager provides a library of short, but informative,
print-on-demand documents and flash videos that clarify complex medical information.
In seconds, a program appears on the LinkSource medical tablet PC so it can
be easily viewed by your patient.

Patient Registration—LinkSource
Manager software makes it so simple, your patients can
use the LinkSource medical tablet PC to register themselves! LinkSource Manager

registration procedure—it's as easy as pen and paper.
Patient information is captured electronically and can
be used to pre-populate fields on encounter forms with
each subsequent patient visit. No more transcribing information
from form to form.

Scheduler—With
a few taps of the digital pen, you can manage the schedules
of multiple physicians at multiple offices or view your
own schedule in a variety of views. Appointments are color
coded so you know if it's an office visit, hospital call
or a time slot dedicated for patient call-backs. Need
information about a patient? Tap on the appointment to
instantly access the patient's chart.
